As if we nominees aren't already obsessive! Then one night the eMail arrives asking about departure availability for a June 22 staging. And I know that I'm not alone in receiving that inquiry. Where, where, where? RAS minds want to know, right? My mind is spinning with speculation. And still I often wonder: am I actually going to receive an invitation at all? But this morning a new eMail, and, oh, the excitement of that PC website status-update-notice. Ah, the beauty of the fourth and final checkmark. Do I know any more? Non! Have I been called by my PO? Nope. Am I still being considered for June 22, and what, what, WHAT SSA program departs June 22?! We can only speculate.
